Inlay/Onlay Restorations

Sometimes cavities are too big for a composite filling but have enough teeth to support itself. In this case instead of a filling or a crown, an onlay/ inlay restoration is indicated.

Resin inlay/onlay are fabricated in a laboratory after impressions are taken. They are bonded to the tooth creating a tight superior fit and restoring the tooth to its original strength and natural look.
